The Law Enforcement subcommittee is responsible for legal strategies that reduce availability such as Retail Alcohol Compliance Checks.

In June of 2007, 191 licensed vendors were checked. 25 of them sold to underage decoys.  8 out of the 25 vendors sold alcohol to the decoy even after the decoy produced a vertical identification card upon request.
