The Law Enforcement subcommittee is responsible for legal strategies that reduce availability such as Retail Alcohol Compliance Checks.

During the past two years, licensed vendors were 95% compliant with the law when purchase attempts were made by underage decoys.  Half of all sales to minors occurred even after a vertical identification card was shown.
